A coach can support you in identifying what is really going on for you. This is crucial if any real and meaningful change and progress is to be made. By building a relationship with our clients, we co-create the space for you to identify where you feel stuck, what seems to hold you back and where you want to get to. Coaching is one part of the work that the client commits to.

A coach is there to be useful to the client. We recommend a commitment of up to six sessions of 90 minutes coaching.

The first step is to schedule a Coaching Chemistry Session. In that session, we will get an idea of how well we work together and what our next steps should be from here. We can also discuss frequency and duration of sessions and pricing.
